About Course

This lecture will provide the attorney a guide on how to maintain ethical standards in the practice of law. Specifically, the lecture will focus on the methods needed to maintain case confidentiality and the on-going attorney-client privilege of the client.

The attorney will also be advised of the ethical practices expected of the lawyer toward non-clients, third-parties, opposing counsel, and the judiciary. In addition, suggestions will be provided on how to navigate through an ethics complaint, and how to communicate during the attorney-client relationship to avoid those complaints.
