Preparing the Virtual Witness

Description

This course will review what is needed to prepare the virtual witness. The lecture will review the rules for virtual hearings and how to prepare the witness one-on-one prior to the hearing.

The lecture will also discuss working with the courts to prepare for virtual hearings, and what should be done to make virtual hearings accessible for witnesses with disabilities.
